We're a Competition BBQ team composed of Oregon & Kansas natives - we were raised around BBQ. In 2022, we stepped out of the backyard and tossed our hat into the Competition Barbecue ring.

It's our mission to provide the highest-quality BBQ and to source local ingredients where we compete. We hope that by sharing our passion & knowledge for the craft, we inspire others to try something new, and bring people + community together.
